Sunseeker Australia is the distributor for Sunseeker International the manufacturer of Sunseeker Motoryachts, the ultimate expression of power and a luxury must-have for a select few. Sunseeker International is the world's leading motoryacht exporter (99% of production), and one of the great British success stories.

Client objective:

With no central repository of data Sunseeker Australia used multiple data sources including Excel spreadsheets in an attempt to manage prospect and customer information. Sunseeker found that they could not track and extract the important data that matter to them to help in the sales process on customer interactions.

As a high value luxury product Sunseeker needed to capture, store and refer to important customer information so as to provide a high personalised level of service.

With 3 offices across the country Sunseeker experienced difficulties in communication, establishing an accurate sales pipeline and forecast, and variations in procedures that created major inefficiencies.

XpressCRM solution:

Initially Sunseeker was requested a proposal for a highly customised CRM solution, however because of the high investment level required the board decided that the XpressCRM option was a more cost effective way to move forward.

The XpressCRM solution allowed Sunseeker to pilot or have a proof of concept of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution for a low fixed cost, including data import, customisations and user training.

XpressCRM outcome:

Implemented over one week the XpressCRM solution provided Sunseeker with an immediate company-wide view of all the customer information, sales activities, pipeline and an accurate sales forecast.

Sunseeker was able to manage customers more efficiently and communicate using more personal and meaningful data to the customer.

The sequel reporting functionality of Microsoft Dynamics CRM helped Sunseeker quantify the success of the XpressCRM implementation with the business case demonstrating it a huge success.

Subsequently Sunseeker expanded the functionality of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution by adopting the Service Management module, which was customised by Aaromba. Now Sunseeker can also track and manage all the service and maintenance requests for their customers, ensuring no cases are missed. This has driven further improvements in customer service and profitability.
